Support available to you anytime during business hours. VIP priority service for all of your calls, goals, needs and dreams.

WHAT YOU GET: DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS INCLUDED.

This monthly subscription offers ongoing, (1)once weekly 60 min zoom or telephone meetings. We will support and help grow your business with sales, marketing, strategy, & business logic. Be in the know, and on top of all things tec, while consistently growing your business. Build out ANY new projects you wish included in your subscription.

Ongoing highlevel updates & improvements included on any project developed by lorettalancaster.com. Updates of automations, forms, tags & use case scenarios. Includes updates and edits to current system to meet your growing business needs.

Includes text, calls and weekly meetings about tec, your business, and modern innovations (ex. ai and business). Encompasses tec support, maintenance, and updates to existing system created by lorettalancaster.com AND new projects or systems you desire.

WHATS THE MAXIMUM CONSULTATION/DEVELOPMENT TIME:

Maximum consultation/tech service time of 20 hours a month of consultation, support & project build outs. This includes meetings and support.

If you require support above this subscription; you will be billed the hourly rate or "by the project". Invoicing will be made before overtime commencement.

CAN YOU FIX ANOTHER DEVELOPERS WORK?

For the most part the answer is NO. (some exceptions to this rule) If you have a project that is not working properly created by another service provider, we require a new project to be initiated so that we can be sure that it will work properly. If you allow another service provider to break a project that we created for you, you must either pay for the project again or pay by the hour for the fix.

WHAT ABOUT REFUNDS & RETURNS?

Business consultation and development is an intellectual service. We provide our expertise, ideas, plans and actions to develop successful outcomes for your business. This service can not be returned or refunded. If you choose maintence service with LorettaLancaster.com or any other development projects, you are obligated to pay what you have agreed to. If you subscribe and make a payment, you are in agreement with our policy and will not request a refund for any reason.
