WHAT YOU GET:

This monthly subscription offers 4-(60 min) zoom or telephone meetings a month. Ongoing highlevel updates & improvements included on any project developed by lorettalancaster.com. Updates of automations, forms, tags & use case scenarios. Includes updates and edits to current system to meet your growing business needs.

Includes text, calls and weekly meetings about tec, your business, and modern innovations (ex. ai and business) and general improvements to your business in terms of tec and sales.

Encompasses tec support, maintenance, and updates to existing system created by lorettalancaster.com. New projects are not included.

WHATS THE MAXIMUM CONSULTATION TIME:

Maximum consultation/tech service time of 10 hours a month of consultation & support. This includes meetings and support.

If you require support above this subscription; you will be billed the hourly rate or "by the project". Invoicing will be made before overtime commencement.

DOES NOT INCLUDE: New project build outs or marketing projects. Projects must be purchased separately.

WHAT ABOUT REFUNDS & RETURNS?

Business consultation and development is an intellectual service. We provide our expertise, ideas, plans and actions to develop successful outcomes for your business. This service can not be returned or refunded. If you choose maintence service with LorettaLancaster.com or any other development projects, you are obligated to pay what you have agreed to. If you subscribe and make a payment, you are in agreement with our policy and will not request a refund for any reason.
