New Client Set Up List

How it works: This list indicates what is required of most of our clients. Not everything applies to everyone. Skip anything that does not apply to your business.

Please prepare this list and email it to us asap at [email protected]

Do not be concerned if you are missing anything simply say "don't have it". We will help you get everything.

GETTING STARTED WITH THE BIG PLAN:

1. Do you have an existing website? If yes please provide the link.

2. Please provide all links to social media. If you need to set this up; NP we will advise you all about social media accounts. Don't start anything new.

Send links for the following:

Facebook (include groups, business pages and personal page), YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn

3. Please provide the CUSTOMER FACING name, address (or virtual address) and phone number of your business.

4. Your email address.

5. What is the primary thing that you are thinking of selling or ARE selling? Please explain your business.

6.Have you done any marketing for your business so far? If you have please send any examples or past tools.

DIGITAL PRODUCT SET UP:

Please do not send these documents until requested. We request these items after you decide what kind of projects you would like to develop for your business.

1. Picture of your photo id (required for approval of an online phone number) If you want to know more, please google A2P phone number approval.

2. Your tax id document (also required for registration of your online phone number)

If you do not have a tax id number please let us know and we can provide options to overcome this.

3. What area code do you want for your online number? ex.301 533-1551 first three numbers are area code

4. Business email. Do you have it? What is it? Where is it located? (go daddy, gmail)

Please include all email accounts that are relevant and any alias names.

5. Your logo with all the sizes and versions you have

6 .Your employee list with their phone numbers and email addresses (if you have employees)

7. Your product/service list (if you have one)

8. List of frequently asked questions (if you have this)

9. Your business story (Who are you, how, and why did you start the business) Make sure that this is no longer then 2-3 pages. Less is more. ALSO, please provide a bio about you personally if it applies or combine the two.

10. Refund policy, terms of service, privacy policy (if you have this)

11. What payment processor do you use? If you do not have one already we will use stripe. Please go to stripe.com and set up an account.

12. Do you provide financing for your clients? What financing? (if you have this)

13. Do you provide specials and discounts? If yes, please explain

14. Do you have any special highlight videos of your business like news coverage? Or any videos that explain the business.

15. Would you like to do subscription products/services for your business?

16. Do you want a chatbot for questions? we have basic and AI

17.What are your business colors

18.Does your business require customer consent forms? If yes, please provide all of these as a pdf.

19. Please provide the credit or debit card that you would like to use for Go highlevel software. Do not set this up yourself. We will advise you AND set this up for you.
